Samsung ended April 2025 with One UI 7 rollout on a massive scale and the momentum will continue in May as well. Flagships will receive the major update in the Global market, and a segment-wise expansion will also take place.
One UI 7 update installs Android 15 operating system on Galaxy phones. The initial rollout of One UI 7 was practically started in mid-April, which is all set to cover a wide range of Samsung Galaxy devices in May 2025.
Samsung’s One UI 7 is literally an upgrade for premium Galaxy phones, while mid-range and budget models will receive all the visual revamps. Select Galaxy A models will also be getting enhanced new Galaxy AI features.
One UI 7 – Global expansion
Samsung started One UI 7 rollout in South Korea ahead of its own schedule. Many devices scheduled for update in May have started receiving One UI 7 in April itself, most of them upgraded in the Global market, including the US.

Galaxy devices getting One UI 7 in May 2025
Samsung’s literally running ahead of the One UI 7 rollout plan. Devices listed on May batch started getting the update in April itself, opening the door for plenty of Galaxy devices scheduled for the Android 15 upgrade in June 2025.
One UI 7 to land on many more devices:

- Galaxy A55, A35 and A54, A34
- Galaxy M Series
- Galaxy M55, M35 and M54, M34
- Galaxy F Series
- Galaxy F55 and F54, F34
- Galaxy Tab S (FE) Series
- Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+
Note that these devices are expected to start getting the One UI 7 update this month.
The update may be delayed if any issue occurs during internal testing before public rollout. This is not an official schedule provided by Samsung, but created based on the rollout trend and Samsung’s fastrack expansion strategy.
